Because as we all know, adventures come in all shapes and sizes. But what if you are currently researching the best camper van to self build, and so daydream about the possibly crazy places you would like to go in such a vehicle?

When Nate saw Robbie had a new van, he knew he had to get a tour of it shot for his channel! It’s a really cool camper van, featuring a fixed double bed, a convertible extra single bed, dining area, second table desk area, hot water on demand, and even a gas heated drying room for winter climbing gear!
I’ve been looking for alternative and interesting ideas for a van conversion, and I think a stealth sliding bulkhead, is exactly what I am looking for. Especially as the space in my van is more compact than many converted, I want to ensure as many great ideas are included to maximum light, storage and functionality.
I’m also concerned about security. So the fewer windows needed the better in my conversion.

Now we are talking!
After the misfire of Episode 4, and this week’s MAJOR leaks and spoilers, I found myself not too fussed about watching this episode. However, even though I was annoyed that half the episode was ruined, I came away pleasantly surprised and excited again. Admittedly, after watching it for the second time. The first time was full of ‘that was ruined’, and ‘seen that before already’.
Teddy & Jess and own a ford transit mid-wheelbase, high roof van named Bo. Originally from South of London in the UK, but have been living in Bo for just over 3 months now. They self converted their van from scratch into what is now our little cosy home.
Meet Matt and Liv: In January 2017 they decided to turn to van life after being made redundant, and since then they have turned a Ford Transit into a wonderful home on wheels, travelled all over Europe and found an ingenious way to make money.
This is a very similar van to what I have, so perfect to ‘borrow’ ideas from.
This week has been beyond annoying with the HUGE Wandavision leaks and spoilers… Not small little spoilers either – big massive ones. To the point about whether I actually want to continue watching the series – especially after the last episode.
Today I found myself having an interesting discussion with a friend. The conversation had snaked around, and ended up with me having to describe what dealing with Depression and Anxiety is like. Not the feelings of it, but the management of it. More how random the experience can be (for me at least). At first, I tried several different metaphors and similes – but none of them really worked. But then suddenly – Eureka!
I was catching up on a few YouTube videos over the weekend, and stumbled across an interview Nora from the channel “The Professional Hobo” (a channel I’m subbed to), who talks about travelling and adventures full time.
This weekend’s release was an interview with Dave & Deb from The Planet D (a channel I’d never heard of before). However, I watched anyway as I always enjoy listening to others experiences – learning tips and ideas etc.
Turns out, they were talking about their best adventures they had been on. But number 2 on their list sounded EPIC! The sort of epic, where you stop everything, to ensure you are paying attention. And attention I paid… The Mongol Rally.
