Meet Matt and Liv: In January 2017 they decided to turn to van life after being made redundant, and since then they have turned a Ford Transit into a wonderful home on wheels, travelled all over Europe and found an ingenious way to make money.

This is a very similar van to what I have, so perfect to ‘borrow’ ideas from.

Things / Ideas I took away from this:

  • Think their kitchen is a decent location – unsure about the sink placement
  • Like the storage for shoes in the garage
  • Unsure about not having a dedicated bed
  • Fire door kick plate, ideal splash back
  • Unsure about carpet on the walls
  • Ikea shelves and crates
  • Like how above the bulkhead are crates and space for additional kit
