For a couple of weeks now, I have been using the WP Product Review Lite WordPress plugin by Themeisle on this site to help manage and organise my reviews of shows, movies and products. In fact, I’ve decided to use it while doing this review – in some kind of Inception. However, the main reason I decided that I would review it itself, is I have a laundry list of features I wish it had – but more about that later.

Pixel Scouts: The Random Concept
I’ve been thinking about this little project for over 5 years, and I still think it’s a cracking little one. So decided to explore it further.
The simple concept is called Pixel Scouts™ – a challenge / badge system for bored adults to earn, through getting out their comfort zone and gain experiences. The thing is, this idea is obviously not new.

The Osbournes: Night Of Terror Review
So another Discovery+ Original, The Osbournes: Night Of Terror. From the outset, was an interesting mixed bag of randomness. So coming from his Portals to Hell series, Jack Osbourne, has decided to include his family in a covid friendly production. Or it would be a covid friendly production if there wasn’t a few dozen production team with face masks on following them around.
Acquired by Disney in the 20th Century Fox purchase, Blue Sky Studios is best known for the Ice Age franchise of films and Rio. They also produced commercials and other lesser known projects. However, Disney has decided to close the doors on the studio. The surreal decision is truly bizarre to me from all aspects, and I thought I’d list a few here.

Ghost Adventures Documentary Review
Before the Ghost Adventures show on Travel Channel / Discovery+, there was the Ghost Adventures Documentary.
In this full-length documentary film starring the same ragtag crew of Zac Bagans, Nick Groff and Aaron Goodwin – they travel to two old mining towns in Nevada in search of the afterlife. Even though they venture about a bit in other locations, their main cases are focused on the Old Washoe Club in Virginia City, Nevada, and the Goldfield Hotel in Goldfield, Nevada – supposedly two of the most notorious haunted sites in the USA. During the height of their existence, the two infamous locations were the scene of rape, murder, and other crimes of passion.

Van Tour | ‘Moser Makes’ Ford Transit Camper Van Conversion
This is the full tour of my Ford Transit cargo van that Moser converted into a camper/tiny home on wheels!
Things / Ideas I took away from this:
- Like the rough layout design – Kitchen, ‘general area’, bed
- Don’t like the kitchen taking up so much space
- I’d prefer a ‘windowed’ bulkhead instead of doors. Seems wasted space
- Like the cooler under the bench idea
- Like the composting toilet idea
- Love the sliding table, but would rather enjoy the option for additional bed
- Door for charging is cool
- Like the bed lighting ideas
- Like the insert areas for the bed space
- Unsure about the space for the cabinets above the bed

Even though I am jealous of the mod cons Mel’s Ford Transit has, it is very similar to mine in many ways, so have taken a lot from his tour (below).
This video is from Mel’s Van Life: Beautiful Camper conversion ford transit into a full-time home to live the van life. Mel’s aim is to give you campervan conversion ideas on how to convert a van into a camper and to help inspire you to build your own tiny home on wheels.
This is a tour of Rachel’s van, that she lives in full-time solo. This tour was filmed in 2010.
UPDATE 2017: Rachel is still living in her cool van. She built an even cooler custom trailer to tow.

What is the longest roadtrip possible?
Ever wondered the furthest distance you can continually drive, without having issues with pesky water? 😉 I have, and so has ‘Half as Interesting’. Because as we all know, adventures come in all shapes and sizes. But what if you are currently researching the best camper van to self build, and so daydream about the possibly crazy places you would like to go in such a vehicle?
Interesting version of ‘The Archers’ theme tune, ‘Barwick Green’.
